Indicates the recipient type for the meeting.

|---|---|---|
| olOptional | 2 | Optional attendee |
| olOrganizer | 0 | Meeting organizer |
| olRequired | 1 | Required attendee |
| olResource | 3 | A resource such as a conference room |
