'item' designers cannot be public in ActiveX EXE projects
This error has the following causes and solutions:
- The indicated designer's Instancing property cannot be set to Public in ActiveX .exe projects.
For additional information, select the item in question and press F1 (in Windows) or HELP (on the Macintosh).
