Adjust Spacing for Controls

  1. In Forms Designer, select the controls for which you want to adjust the spacing.

  2. On the Developer tab, in the Arrange group, click Align, point to Distribute Horizontally or Distribute Vertically, and then click one of the following.

Make Equal Make all horizontal and vertical spaces between controls the same size. The amount of horizontal and vertical space will vary based on the area that is available to show the controls and the combined width of all controls.
Increase Increase the space between controls by one grid block .
Decrease Decrease the space between controls by one grid block.
Remove Remove the space between controls. The controls don't overlap, but are immediately adjacent to each other.
