2.2.3.75.1 Folders (GetHierarchy)
The Folders element is a required element in GetHierarchy command responses that specifies the folders in a mailbox. The Folders element identifies the body of the HTTP POST as containing a GetHierarchy command (section 2.2.1.8). It is the top-level element in the XML stream of the GetHierarchy command response.
All elements referenced in this section are defined in the FolderHierarchy namespace.
