The email2:IsLeapMonth element is an optional child element of the Recurrence element (section 2.2.2.60) that specifies whether the recurrence takes place in the leap month of the given year. It is defined as an element in the Email2 namespace.

The value of this element is an unsignedByte data type, as specified in [MS-ASDTYPE] section 2.8.

This element is required in server responses and is optional in client requests. A default value of 0 (zero, meaning FALSE) is used if the element value is not specified in the client request.
