The MetaTagIdsetRead property contains a serialization of REPLID-based IDSET structures. The IDSETs contain IDs of messages that were marked as read (as specified by the PidTagMessageFlags property in [MS-OXCMSG] section 2.2.1.6) since the last synchronization, as identified by the initial ICS state.
