The commands specified in this section can exist in a serialized GLOBSET structure. The server SHOULD send the client an RpcFormat error (0x000004B6), or MAY send a FormatError error (0x000004ED)<28>, as specified in [MS-OXCDATA] section 2.4.1, if it encounters an unsupported command or any other decoding failures.
