The PidTagProhibitReceiveQuota property ([MS-OXPROPS] section 2.875) contains the maximum size, in kilobytes, a user is allowed to accumulate in their mailbox, before no further mail will be delivered. An unset value or a value of -1 indicates that there is no limit.
