3.1.4.9.3.4 t:ChangeDescriptionType Complex Type

The ChangeDescriptionType complex type specifies the base type that is used to describe changes in UpdateFolder operation, as specified in [MS-OXWSFOLD] section 3.1.4.8 ,and UpdateItem operation, as specified in (section 3.1.4.9).
