Description: The owner element contains the security identifier (SID), as specified in section 2.2.16, that specifies the owner of the entity to which the security descriptor is associated. This element can be present. The value of this element is semantically the same as that of the Owner member of the SECURITY_DESCRIPTOR structure as specified in [MS-DTYP].
