A string ([XMLSCHEMA2/2] section 3.2.1) that specifies the name of a Macro or subroutine. If the value of this argument begins with an ‘=’ character, it is interpreted as an Expression; otherwise, the value MUST conform to the restrictions specified by ST_ObjectName.

If this attribute specifies a subroutine, then the value of this argument corresponds to the Name attribute of a CT_Sub element.
