The HashTransforms.Identity algorithm is a transform algorithm as specified by [XMLDSig] section 6.6. The identifier for the algorithm is "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:HashTransforms.Identity". The algorithm has a single implicit parameter that is a byte stream. The output of this transform is a byte stream whose contents are exactly the same as the input byte stream.
