The Default cell is a PtgBool parse token that specifies whether a hyperlink is the default hyperlink. It MUST have a Row_Type parent element that has a Hyperlink Section_Type parent element.

A value of one specifies that the hyperlink is the default hyperlink; a value of zero specifies that the hyperlink is not the default hyperlink.
