User is a collection of properties that are used for formula evaluation. The collection MUST have a DocumentSheet_Type, PageSheet_Type, or ShapeSheet_Type parent element.

If the N attribute of a Row_Type child element of a User Section_Type element is in a UserRowNames, that element specifies additional properties.
