CBCP Packet Send Event is an event that the CBCP indicates to the PPP. Since PPP provides the method for transporting a multi-protocol datagram over point-to-point links, the CBCP will rely on the PPP to be able to send out the frame. The CBCP will use this event to indicate the CBCP message to PPP to be transmitted over the point-to-point link.
