When the Unused Connection Timer (section 3.3.2.4) expires, the server MUST look up all connections in global Server.ConnectionTable, where Server.Connection.SessionTable is empty and current time minus Server.Connection.CreationTime is more than an implementation-specific timeout, and SHOULD <353>disconnect them, as specified in section 3.3.7.1.
