1.3.3.2 Subscribing to Transaction Monitoring Information

The following figure illustrates a transaction monitoring console using the Management Client role to subscribe to transaction monitoring information. After subscribing, transaction manager monitoring information is published to the transaction manager monitoring console until the monitoring console unsubscribes:

1. In the first exchange, the monitoring console subscribes to transaction monitoring information from the Management Server role, as implemented by the transaction manager.

2. In the middle series of exchanges, the Management Server role publishes transaction monitoring information to all subscribers, including this monitoring console, based on its configured settings.

3. In the last exchange, the monitoring console unsubscribes from receiving further transaction monitoring information.
