2.1.1.3 Transmitting Boxcars

When an implementation of MSDTC Connection Manager: OleTx Multiplexing Protocol (CMP) wants to transmit a Boxcar over a session, it provides the underlying implementation of the transports protocol (specified in [MS-CMPO]) with the session to transmit the Boxcar on, the count of messages in the Boxcar, and the byte array that makes up the Boxcar itself, as specified in [MS-CMPO] section 3.4.6.5. Also, a CMP implementation MUST NOT transmit more than one Boxcar at a time.
