The MSDTC Connection Manager: OleTx Transports Protocol MUST indicate (to the RPC runtime) that it is only to support the Network Data Representation (NDR) transfer syntax as the RPC transfer syntax, as specified in [C706] part 4. In addition to RPC base types and definitions specified in [C706] and [MS-DTYP], more data types are defined in the following sections.
