An object of this object class MUST be created (if it does not already exist) by any DNS server that becomes the key master for a directory service-integrated zone.<99> The object MUST exist in the directory service as a sibling object of (sharing the same parent object as) the object given by the dsServiceName attribute in the rootDse object on the key master server.
