3.1.1.10.1 Local Change Order

A local change order is a change order that is created because of a change to a file or folder on the local server. The local server becomes the originator of the change order and constructs a staging file.

Local change orders are identified by the CO_FLAG_LOCALCO flag inside the CHANGE_ORDER_COMMAND structure Flags field.

A change order is referred to as a Remote Change Order if it is not a Local Change Order.

When the downstream partner receives a change order with the CO_FLAG_LOCALCO flag, the change that this change order represents originated on the upstream partner.
