3.1.8 Client-Side Error Handling

After creating an HCEP request, if the HCEA encounters any errors (including HTTP errors as specified in [RFC2616] section 10), either during transmission of the HCEP request or while waiting for an HCEP response, it MUST discard the HCEP request. The only exception is when an HTTP error is encountered during transmission resulting from a redirect or authentication challenge, thus allowing the retransmission of the original HCEP-Correlation-Id value.

Any subsequent requests by the client MUST have a new HCEP-Correlation-Id value.
