P2P Grouping relies upon P2P Graphing to send all messages over sockets that the latter creates. P2P Grouping assumes P2P Graphing to be listening on port 3587. Before sending a message, P2P Graphing MUST pass the message to P2P Grouping to secure it.

P2P Grouping also utilizes PNRP as a transport to publish and discover Group Nodes.
