3.1.1.1.2 WSMV CommandId to Pipeline Table

The client MUST maintain a global table that maps a WSMV command to data associated with a pipeline (see section 3.1.1.3).

The key used in the table is the value of the commandId element received in the wxf:Command Response message (see [MS-WSMV] section 2.2.4.8).
