2.1 Transport

The PowerShell Remoting Protocol uses remote shell operations, supported by the Web Services Management Protocol Extensions for Windows Vista [MS-WSMV], for transporting data between clients and servers. These remote shell operations are specified in [MS-WSMV], section 3.1.4.
