3.2.5.2 Outgoing-Call-Reply Message

The Outgoing-Call-Reply message is a PPTP control message sent by the PAC to the PNS in response to a received Outgoing-Call-Request message (section 3.3.5.2). The format of this message is specified in [RFC2637] section 2.8.<8>

In the Outgoing-Call-Reply message, the PAC SHOULD set the value of the Packet Recv. Window Size field to 0 and the PNS MUST ignore the value of this field.<9>
