This is a specification of the Quality Windows Audio/Video Experience (qWave): Wireless Diagnostics Protocol.

This protocol can be used by an application or higher-layer protocol to facilitate diagnosis of wireless network issues. It can be used to obtain information about the wireless characteristics of a host or device, including the channel it is on and whether it registers interference.

Sections 1.5, 1.8, 1.9, 2, and 3 of this specification are normative. All other sections and examples in this specification are informative.
