2.2.2.3 Collect Data Message

An initiator device sends a collect data message to request diagnostic data pertaining to the wireless network to which the sink device is connected. The initiator device MAY<1> send this message even if the sink does not report support for runtime diagnostics as indicated by the Diag_Support_Level field in section 2.2.2.2.

The collect data message has no message-specific header following the Common Message Header (section 2.2.1.2).
