2.2.2.7 Get BSS List Message

An initiator device MUST send a get BSS list message to request a list of BSS information from a sink device. The sink device SHOULD send the response even if it is not connected to a wireless network.

The Get BSS List message has no message-specific header following the Common Message Header (section 2.2.1.2).
