The MILCMD_METABITMAPRENDERTARGET_SETTRANSFORM packet sets an additional transform to be applied to the off-screen render target root visual.

controlCode (4 bytes): A 32-bit unsigned integer containing the control code for this message. The value of this field MUST be equal to 0x0000004C.
targetResource (4 bytes): A 32-bit unsigned integer. The value of this field MUST be set to a valid resource handle referencing a resource of type TYPE_METABITMAPRENDERTARGET. This handle identifies the resource that is the target for this message.
hTransform (4 bytes): A 32-bit unsigned integer. The value of this field MUST be set either to zero or to a valid resource handle referencing a resource of type TYPE_TRANSLATETRANSFORM, TYPE_SCALETRANSFORM, TYPE_MATRIXTRANSFORM, or TYPE_TRANSFORMGROUP; the referenced resource represents the additional transform to be applied to the off-screen render target root visual. If the value of this field is zero then no additional transform is to be applied.
