The structure and fields of the RDPGFX_MAP_SURFACE_TO_SCALED_OUTPUT_PDU message are specified in section 2.2.2.22. The command fields MUST be populated in accordance with this description. Furthermore, the surface identified in the surfaceId field MUST exist on the client.
