2.2.3.5 RDPINPUT_RESUME_INPUT_PDU
The RDPINPUT_RESUME_INPUT_PDU message is sent by the server endpoint and is used to instruct the client to resume the transmission of the RDPINPUT_TOUCH_EVENT_PDU (section 2.2.3.3) message.
