Establish Context creates a new Smart Cards for Windows context specified for use in subsequent communication with Smart Cards for Windows.

Return Values: This method sets EstablishContext_Return.ReturnCode to SCARD_S_SUCCESS on success; otherwise, it sets one of the smart card-specific errors or one of the return codes from Winerror.h. No specialized error codes are associated with this method.

If the call is successful, EstablishContext_Return.Context MUST be added to the rgSCardContextList list maintained by this client.
