3.3.5.3.3.3 Processing an On Playback Restarted Message

The structure and fields of the On Playback Restarted message are specified in section 2.2.5.3.3.

After receiving the On Playback Restarted message, the client MUST ensure that the player used for the presentation is started again and that it is ready to accept samples with time stamps starting from a new value. Any errors occurring during this process SHOULD be ignored.
