__int3264, as specified in [MS-DTYP] section , is represented in the octet stream as 4 octets in NDR transfer syntax. On 32-bit platforms, it is represented as a 4-byte integer in memory. On 64-bit platforms, it is represented as an 8-byte integer, and the higher 4 bytes are truncated on the sender side during marshaling and extended appropriately (signed or unsigned) on the receiving side during unmarshaling.
