2.2.2.2.11 VpnStrategy
The VpnStrategy key specifies the order in which the RRAS attempts the tunnel protocol until the demand-dial connection succeeds. This key is optional. If the key is present, it is used only if the Type key has the value "2" and SHOULD take one of the values in the following table.<206>
