3.2.7.8 Broadcast ID

The higher layer SHOULD provide a numerical identifier that uniquely identifies the source of broadcast content within the scope of the current server-side playlist. For example, if the same live content source is used in multiple entries in a single playlist, the numerical identifier MUST be the same for each of those entries. There is no requirement that the numerical identifier be unique across different server-side playlists. If a playlist entry is not using a broadcast content source, the numerical identifier MUST be 0.
