2.2.2.11 StatusCode Structure
The StatusCode structure specifies the status code representing the outcome of the attempt by the client to enable tethering on the server.

header (3 bytes): The header field contains the CommonHeader structure (section 2.2.2.2), where the value of the Id field is set to 1 (StatusCode), as specified in TypeId enumeration (section 2.2.1.3), and the value of the Length field is set to 1.
Value (1 byte): The Value field specifies the status code representing the outcome of the attempt to start tethering on the server, as defined in StatusCodeEnum enumeration (section 2.2.1.2).
