The client has requested the text description for a particular exit algorithm. The client has indicated the particular algorithm by using the PropIndex parameter.

The CA MUST return a value that is stored in the Config_CA_Exit_Description_List at the position that is specified by the PropIndex parameter. The value is passed as a [UNICODE] string through a CERTTRANSBLOB (section 2.2.2.2) structure. If the index provided by the client is out of range for the Config_CA_Exit_Description_List, the CA MUST return a nonzero error code. The error code SHOULD be ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND (0x80070002).

If the CA does not implement the Config_CA_Exit_Description_List, the CA MUST return a null-terminated [UNICODE] string through a CERTTRANSBLOB structure.
