Enroll in the Cloud Solution Provider program for Microsoft Cloud Germany

Before you begin
Microsoft partners in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Program can use Partner Center for Microsoft Cloud Germany to sell cloud solutions and services to customers in European Union (EU) or European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries/regions.

If you have an existing account in Partner Center and you want to enroll in CSP for Microsoft Cloud Germany, you must create a new, separate account for Partner Center for Microsoft Cloud Germany.
If you are already enrolled in the CSP program and you want to also sell to customers and partners within the Microsoft Cloud Germany countries/regions, you'll need to create a new Partner Center account for this specific market.
To create a Partner Center account and enroll in CSP for Microsoft Cloud Germany, you'll need to supply the following information (you may want to gather this information before you kick off the enrollment process):
- Your company's Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) ID
- A business address in one of the countries/regions served by Microsoft Cloud Germany (currently limited to countries/regions in the EU and EFTA)
How to enroll
Step 1 - Create an account for Partner Center for Microsoft Cloud Germany
To enroll in CSP for Microsoft Cloud Germany, go to https://partnercenter.microsoft.com/register/resellereujoinnow and select Sign in.
Sign in with global admin credentials for your company's Microsoft Cloud Germany account for Office 365, Microsoft Azure, or Microsoft Dynamics. If your company doesn't have an account for these portals, select Create one to sign up for one.
Fill in the Partner Center account creation form using the guidance below, and then select Continue.
Market | Select the country/region where your organization is located. Only organizations with offices in a member country/region of the EU or EFTA can participate in the Microsoft Cloud Germany program and sell to customers in this market. You can’t change markets after creating your account. To sell in multiple markets, create an account for each market you want to sell in.
Office location | Enter the address and phone number for your company's main office address in the markets served by Microsoft Cloud Germany.
Partner Center admin | Enter the contact details for the person in your company who can sign agreements and be the primary account admin contact for Microsoft.
You might be prompted to resolve a phone/sms challenge to prove that you are not a robot. Enter the phone number you used on the previous screen. After you resolve the challenge, select Create account. The account confirmation screen appears. Save or make a note of the information on this page as you'll need it again later in the process. Select Continue.
Step 2 - Apply to become a Cloud Solution Provider partner in markets served by Microsoft Cloud Germany
Fill in any missing information on the enrollment form, including your Microsoft Partner Network ID and your company's customer support details.
Select Accept and continue. Reviewing your application may take us several days. We'll email you when we've completed our review.
By selecting Accept and continue, you're confirming that you're authorized to act on your company’s behalf, and you're agreeing to allow Microsoft to run a background credit check before reviewing your company’s Cloud Solution Provider application.
Step 3 - Sign the reseller agreement for Microsoft Cloud Germany
Sign in to Partner Center for Microsoft Cloud Germany using the link provided in the application approval email.
On the Agreement page, read the terms, and if you agree, select Accept and continue to digitally sign the reseller agreement for Microsoft Cloud Germany. Creating your account may take several hours. Sign out of Partner Center for Microsoft Cloud Germany and then sign back in later.
Step 4 - Assign users to the Admin Agent role in the Azure Germany portal
Microsoft Cloud Germany provides a separate instance of Microsoft Azure, delivered from German data centers with a dedicated network operating inside Germany. To allow admins to manage users and licenses in the Azure Germany portal, you'll need to manually assign the Admin Agent role to them.
After you assign users to the Admin Agent role, the Customers menu will appear in your Dashboard menu and you'll be able to access your customer list and add new customers.
Sign in to the Azure Germany portal at https://portal.microsoftazure.de/.
Assign the Admin Agent role to the appropriate users in your organization. To do this, you'll need to add these users to the built-in AdminAgent group. See Manage the members for a group in Azure Active Directory for information about how to do this.
