Feature details

When performing a cascade merge operation, the job may fail if it reaches a record that has been deleted between the time the merge job was created and the time it completes. App makers have the option to disable this check when confguring an entity for cascade merge.

Cascade merge operations that fail due to this issue will now have clearer error messages. All error messages will also include a link to a document outlining the option and what it will do.

Previous: Merge warning: sub-entity will be differently parented.
New: Unable to merge because sub-entity will lose parenting. You can disable the parent check prior to execution.
