By receiving alerts when their AI Builder consumption exceeds the allotted amount, admins and users can better plan their usage needs and control capacity and spending related to AI Builder.
Feature details
Tenants can benefit from seeded AI Builder capacity from their Power Apps or Power Automate per user with attended robotic process automation (RPA) plans. They can also pre-purchase AI Builder capacity every month and allocate the credits to the environments of their choice. If the overall tenant capacity is overused in a given month, we'll inform users and admins of this overage so that they can better control costs and spending moving forward:
- Admins will view a notification banner in the Power Platform admin center under Resources and Capacity.
- Admins will receive an email notification.
- Users will view a notification banner when they select AI Builder > Explore.
