Description

Creates or updates a database.

Example 1: Create a new database

New-AzKustoDatabase -ResourceGroupName testrg -ClusterName testnewkustocluster -Name mykustodatabase -Kind ReadWrite -Location 'East US'

The above command creates a new datebase named "mykustodatabase" in the resource group "testrg".
