Blocks a certificate.

Description

The Block-CMCertificate cmdlet blocks a certificate. Configuration Manager uses certificates to manage boot media, Pre-Boot eXecution Environment (PXE) deployments, and Independent Software Vendors (ISV) proxies.

Note

Run Configuration Manager cmdlets from the Configuration Manager site drive, for example PS XYZ:\>. For more information, see getting started.

Examples

Example 1: Block a certificate

PS XYZ:\>Block-CMCertificate -Id "11729"

This command blocks the certificate that has the specified ID.

This parameter treats wildcard characters as literal character values. You can't combine it with ForceWildcardHandling.
