Get-CMAccount

Gets a named user account.

Syntax

Get-CMAccount
   [[-UserName] <String>]
   [-DisableWildcardHandling]
   [-ForceWildcardHandling]
   [-SiteCode <String>]
   [<CommonParameters>]

Description

The Get-CMAccount cmdlet gets a Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager user account. The user name must be in the domain\user format. For more information about System Center Configuration Manager user accounts, see Technical Reference for Accounts Used in Configuration Manager in the TechNet library.

Examples

Example 1: Get a user account by using its name

PS C:\> Get-CMAccount -Name "CONTOSO\ENarvaez"

This command gets a user account.
