IWebBrowser2::GoForward
The GoForward method navigates to the next item in the history list.
Syntax
HRESULT GoForward(VOID);
Parameters
None.
Return Value
This method returns the standard values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, and E_FAIL, as well as the following:
- S_OK
The method completed successfully.
DISPID
DISPID_WEBBROWSER_GOFORWARD
The DISPID is defined in piedocvw.h. Use this value to identify the event handler when implementing IDispatch::Invoke.
Remarks
Use the DWebBrowserEvents2::CommandStateChange event to check the enabled state of forward navigation. If the forward button is disabled, the end of the history list has been reached and the IWebBrowser2::GoForward method should not be used.
