Comparing Database Data

By using Visual Studio Team System Database Edition, you can compare the data in two databases. Database Edition also generates Data Manipulation Language (DML) scripts that you can use to update the data of the target database to match the data that is contained in the source database.

You can use Database Edition to compare Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 databases.
