Initiates the creation of a new deployment in the specified cloud service.

Parameters

• operations
  Type: Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Management.Compute.IDeploymentOperations

  The IDeploymentOperations object that specifies the deployment operations.

• serviceName
  Type: System.String

  The name of the cloud service where the deployment should be created.

• deploymentSlot
  Type: Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Management.Compute.Models.DeploymentSlot

  The name of the environment in which the application should be deployed.

  Possible values are:

  • Staging

  • Production

• parameters
  Type: Microsoft.WindowsAzure.Management.Compute.Models.DeploymentCreateParameters

  The DeploymentCreateParameters object that contains the parameters that are used to create the deployment.

Return Value

Type: Microsoft.Azure.AzureOperationResponse

An OperationResponse object that includes an HTTP status code and request ID.
