Automation Accounts

 

You can manage automation accounts through the Microsoft Azure Automation API. All automation tasks require an automation account. Automation accounts are hosted within a cloud service.

After you create an automation account, you cannot query for it by its name, but you can list all automation accounts in a cloud service, or list all the automation accounts in all cloud services.

The operations for these tasks return any response bodies only as XML.
