Returns a value that indicates whether the specified event is handled in the user code file.

Parameters
target
Type: System.CodeDom.CodeExpressionThe source of the event.
eventName
Type: System.StringThe name of the event.
handlerName
Type: System.String%When this method returns, handlerName contains the name of the event handler. If there are multiple event handlers, the name of the first one encountered is returned. This parameter is passed uninitialized.
Return Value
Type: System.Boolean
true if the event is handled; otherwise, false.
